Opportunity In this part O, Ill tell you about BBs opportunity that gained by
its strength point. These days, the number of smart phone user is increasing so
far but most of them dont use this phone smartly. By pointing its business
feature, RIM can market mainly on big corporations and potential businessmen so
that they can get public understanding and interest. The designs of iPhone,
Galaxy S and many other smart phones are almost the same. BlackBerry should
stick to its concept and the company guaranteed manias who dont want to be
normal. The SNS featured by RIM would be widened for the sake of Koreans’
favors, It should include cyworld, MeToday etc. And RIM should improve BBs
compatibility to cover some general-purpose applications like cacao talk and so
on. This improvement will fulfill the needs of major using generation,
teenager and 20s. Then itll lead directly to increase market
sharing.
